Socks I've always been a football man really, but the last couple of years I've had some great days up the Cheifs, one of my good mates is a big sponsor up there ( Saxton Scaffolding) you'll see his sign behind the posts, we share a premise for work. He's a rugby man through and through, he's took us up a few times with food etc and I took my lad up for the Bath game, he loved it... NEWKID 29,171 Posted April 1, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 1, 2013 Cheers Wilf We got dicked today (4-1) lol, 3 games accross the weekend ( cup game on Sunday that I missed) has took it's toll... Frozen peas on my swollen ankle when I got in, that's half an hour on Friday and a full 90 today, we finished the game with 10 men ( injuries not sent off) it was 2-1 till then.... NEWKID 29,171 Posted May 4, 2013 Author Report Share Posted May 4, 2013 Won today 3-1 and last Friday 5-3 ( after being 3-1 down), can't seem to shift the niggly hamstring strain, so I'm reduced to somewhere between a walk and a slow jog lol.. Really enjoying it, back in the centre of midfield and had a little grin today when one of the other team shouted that old boys running it in there.. ( thank god for the 20 year old beside me doing the running).. Good couple of sessions afters as well with the lads, off out to a 40th for an old player tonight....
