I used to pull their shorts down when they backed into me on corners ! Lol lol

I had a lad nip my bollock while trying to shield the ball so I rammed my finger to the second knuckle right up his arsehole!!

Haha nice one lads, all the old tricks... One of my mates dads trained us up until under 15's and he would tell us "when your jumping get your elbows out early", " strikers always back onto the defender make sure you step on their toes" etc, a lot of us lads have played together right up to recently and a group of us were in men's football from under 15's, we'd play Western League on Saturday and U17's on the Sunday.... I remember my first away trip on the coach we were playing a side in Bristol ( about 75 miles from here), it was good standard , the drink was out on the way back and at 15, 3 cans of special vat cider had me spewing beside the driver lol

I started as a forward, but didn't score enough, came back into midfield and that's where I stayed. I was box to box and would run most people into the ground....... If I'm against someone like me at 25 on sat I'm fcked lol.... I loved it started getting exited on Friday about the game, thinking about it and after was great too, there's something about a decent football club...I played football with my best mates since school, and made a load more playing...

Some good stories lads,

Cheers

Kev

Pre season friendlys away were always a hoot, I remember I almost caused a riot when I took a keeper clean out and the fans and players were going daft, long ball never getting there across the park thought "if I'm no getting the ball I'm getting something"...... Never even got booked!

Did you ever cut the toes of your team mates socks for a laugh? Or split a chilli and rub it in the inside of their pants cause you can smell deep heat a mile away?

One away match, we had the local paper there taking photos all the rest of it, he took a team pic before the game and went along asking our names for the pic to be printed, every one of us gave a false name..... One of my mates came out with chevlenko milosivic, the bloke says can you spell it for me and without a breath it came out perfectly, where the hell that came from I'll never know.... He's called Simon lol.... The pic was printed with all our names false underneath...

One of the lads used to work for a brewery, some of our away games in the western league were 2 plus hours away, he'd bring cool boxes full of beer, that would double up as a card table at the back of the bus for the 3 card brag school...

Remember getting my mate sent off, can't remember the ins and outs, was something like if we won the game we won the league, if we drew it went to the last game and if we lost we couldn't win it, we were up 1-0 they equalised in the 92nd minute and I remember asking the ref how long, "take centre son and that's it" centre taking we lost possession and they were going up the park, ref all the time running along, "play on!" they played a through ball and our defence spot on stepped forward and their player was an easy 3 yards off, ref still waving "on you go!" one on one with the goalie and the lad put it away, me; "you cheating auld c**t!!" he spins round looks right at me, points at my mate, "YOU! come here!!" second yellow off ye go!! still talk about it to this day!

Nice one mate, great dedication... A good mate of mine who works with me is in Spain this week competing in the European athletic masters, he's just won Exeters sports personality of the year because he came third in last years, which was in Iceland... He competes every weekend and trains most days I think he's 43 now, it was his birthday last Friday... Very dedicated man..

Edited to say his son was nominated for junior sports personality, he throws the javelin for Exeter Harriers...

Kinda strange really as I rate Exeter Chiefs as probably the best rugby club in the UK at the mo. You back your son 100%, he'll be fine, just like you my friend ;)
