CorkyJohn 808
You could say the same for the majority who write in the Countrymans Weekly, same repetitive bullshit & theories. Its been years since I bought one but a lad gave me a few to look through a while back & the content hadnt changed. All the lurcher/terrier articles read like they'd been written by disciples of Plummer. One thing I noticed was their ability to stretch the content much further than it should have went.....I just stopped short of falling into a coma. 12 Quote Link to post

In todays political climate i can accept that the articles submitted are a sanitised version of what really happens in the field, alas most are what they are, drivel written by 2nd season hunters or plummer wannabe,s that have another book in the pipeline. danw 1,748
No being funny mate but the majority of shooting folk see tha ST as nothing more than a comic and the rest only buy the feild or Gazette Quote Link to post

THE GENERAL 1,982
The answer to the title is easy. People continue to buy the rags that these assholes write for. If they didn't sell they wouldn't be doing it. Quote Link to post

What a complete cock and shooting folk well believe all that I don't know the man so I can't stand up for him or his dogs but.. I did read the article I think he said 3 dogs were run through with no result. A few days later a fox was shot outside the same earth leading him to believe it was occupied. How about it was a current earth, but due to all 3 dogs not finding, the inhabitant had popped out, so was not at home? Could happen that. There's a lot of crabbing and slating on the great hunting life! 2 Quote Link to post
