The Special In SBS.

Recommended Posts

The sbs only do 3 weeks on endurance mate and their jungle phase is different to that of the sas ... Escape and evasion is very similar but after that the sbs lads go onto more water based selection tests .........

You seem to know a lot more than is publicised socks. I wasn't aware the SBS was involved with the embassy seige in the 80s.

In your opinion, and I know it's a trivial question, but how does the modern day SAS/SBS compare to their US counterparts? Green Berets/Delta and the SEALs.

Green berets and delta force are nowhere near as good as a top end British infantry unit and the us navy seals were not allowed to operate outside of us waters for a set period of time not so long ago due to the number of cluster fukcs they had generated ... I have worked with the yanks on numerous e occasions and every time I dreaded it ... All the gear but no idea .........

Mossad are a tough bunch and good at what they do intelligence wise but are not trained to operate outside the intelligence sector on a world wide stage ... For example they couldn't mount a jungle recce and off the back of that complete a sucsesfull hostage retake ........
