usual patten here blowing a b|*stard here all day then as it gets dark it starts to drop by 10 its a still as a cricket in a gecko tank

 

Never heard that un before,i had to chuckle at that .. probably be pissing down here as thats the norm in this part of the country quite a bit of wind still so off for a few runs with the mutt ..and Paulus don't be letting that wind dropping off stop you getting out ..over and OUT ...ATB Andy.

Wind dropped off to nothing,rabbits were scarce and what was out wasn't waiting around,fields were nigh on unwalkable due to being so wet,ended up on the fecking wrong side of a river and basically got lost for an hour and a half so apart from that it was good to be out haha ...ATB Andy

i hate to think what its going to be like if we get a week or so of sub zero tempratures with all the water thats laying about, every step near enough last night i could feel my feet sinking into the mud even on pasture land. i managed one squatter and one taken from cover. i had to lamp the dogs loose to get anywhere near to them and boy was there some serious drifting going on

Paulus if it freezes on top of all this water laden ground we can say goodbye to this season as far as working lurchers go? It will take forever to thaw...make hay while the sun shines maybe isn't so apt in this case haha..keep on keeping on..ATB Andy
