gnasher16 31,603
Decided over the weekend my garden misses a bit of noise since the kids left home so fancy keeping a few Canaries for their lovely tones........i dont want a great big aviary so whats the smallest you could get away with and how many birds etc...... And can they live out all year round................ive seen these f****n great big wooden cages say the size of a single wardrobe but not sure if you would leave the birds in them all year round and i dont fancy having them indoors...............anyone got any thoughts ? Moll. 1,793
With Serama in the bottom. Those Octagon types are pretty but not practical.

I wouldnt be buying that exact one im not too bad with a saw so would just be using that as a guide.............i dont want anything too big so sizewise its what i want.....i would be able to put a door in the back as its going to back onto a shed.....so losing birds and practicality shouldnt be an issue.
