Nice shooting as usual Si, Tony has clearly done a remarkable job on your 97K. I bet you're pleased as punch. It seemed to hammer those woodies too!   Milegajo, I'm on whatsapp, its the best app on

Again im impressed Si . That rifle shoots consistently like a pcp . I thought on the video of you shooting rabbots at a stable off a fence post , that it was VERY quiet , and seemed to have very littl

Body shots will always bring up different opinions and what I'm about to say is just mine based on my own experience. I may get some grief for this, but here goes.....   I don't think pellet weight

Great shooting again pal ;)

thoughr you would have taken that last pigeon with a headshot tho, it was 'only' 37 yards ..if i heard right..

Still took it clean tho and thats what matters.

Thumbs up from me again. all the best

I didn't want to risk missing the head and hitting the aluminium thing on the caretakers roof.

He was with me and asked me not to damage it.

If you notice the pellets comes into camera shot from the left of the picture as the camera was at the front of my car and i was towards the back when taking the shot so the aluminium thing was well within my view and I needed to be precise.

A heart and lung shot was much safer Skot, and at the end of the day dead is dead buddy either way from the head or organ shot.

Si.

didnt think of it like that .. didnt realise it might have damaged someting.. and at that range with a big fat .22 lump of lead a bit of alluminum wouldnt stand a chance lol even after having *some* of the energy being absorbed by a pigeons head.. which is not much bone wise..

so well done then on the good decision making
