Guest foxyforce1 Posted July 28, 2007 Report Share Posted July 28, 2007 well for a start if givin advice on purse nets to anyone it would be kinda daft not to go through length depth material etc coz eh...they do kinda matter when it comes to what makes a good purse net and a bad one, so a wouldnt really call it pish, and havin used ed cooks nets in alot of my own work they are a damn sight better than most nets ive ever bought of so called great net makers, and ive bought off a few trust me, so a know it might sound like hes blowin his own trumpet and there is some things ed says in his question and answer sections a dont agree with if i made what i thought were better nets n a young lad asked me for advice am no gonna send him elsewhere for what i thought were inferior nets just so folk didnt thing i was at it,each to there own though. Why not just say to the Lads querie i sell quality nets at what i consider a reasonable price ! the arguement regarding hemp/nylon has been debated for donkeys years and will never go away thats why i mentioned the word pish, if you use hemp and the next man uses nylon whats the big deal each to there own, the material issue regarding which material is best will be with us till death do us part, some people find the material debate interesting i personaly find it boreing!!
