Easy enough to make slip leads.

Did it for about ten years.Just a matter of training the first dog. Then bringing in a pup.

to much clutter for my liking, two seperate straps, loops on wrist through collars holding loose ends in same hand, release individualy as required simple enough,if it becomes to much of a problem and yo

When i lamp its either on my own or with one other person...

If iam on my own i normal take my two one off slip walking too heel and one on and just keep changeing over run after run, Or if iam out with a mate then its a dog a peace and a lamp a peace and its aternative slips or ones one side of the hedge and the other is on the other side,

And always single running.....

2 separate slip leads as you don't want to be double slipping all night

They do sell the ones which only slip 1 at a time mate

I personally have never bought a slip lead mate so wouldn't know  , as Tiny said have one free running an the other on a lead

Kind of read the topic abit fast without really reading it right,

Iv used two dog leads with the clip cut off with the end sawing together just too get one finger throw (Strongstuffs slips would be perfect) , I can hold and slip one dog at a time off one hand put both loops round your wrist and put one loop on one finger and the other on an other finger and just slip when needed... It is a pain in the arse at times thats why i like one walking too heel and the other on slip

I'm getting slips made by strong stuff just now one loop fits my thumb securely and the other loop is bigger just to hold on with my fingers just for one dog obviously. I find I don't lose them so much ) more practical for me anyway .

I sometimes take my 2, as if i leave one at home it whines all the time i'm out. (Driving the misses nuts)

I have 2 long pieces of Paracord with a loop big enough to go over my wrist on one end. I thread the cord through the D ring on their collars and wrap each one separately around a finger. I then open one finger for each dog. Does hurt sometimes if the dogs are pullers though.
