T.H.L Air gun section meet,5,6,7,October 2012

just an update on numbers!

any other members wishing to go

 

please add your name to the list,we need at least 30 members to turn up at this meet!

it will be a fun packed week end,costing around £15.00 per person + course fees TBA!

 

IF Camping and the same shooting events will be held,with some hunting as well, "SHOOT IT,COOK IT,EAT IT"

 

there will be trophies for: ladies class, Open class,.22 class,recoiling class,junior class,

 

so come on get your names down,and have a fun week end! October 5th,6th,7th 2012

 

 

Friday

 

Will be a meet and greet, with a small night shoot target comp in the evening, individual Alcohol consumption depending?

“What I mean is if you have been drinking alcohol! You cannot take part"

In the night shoot, Followed by traditional camp fire

 

SATURDAY

 

there will be several air gun challenges to take part in, and an Air rifle darts comp, and raise some funds for charity.

Followed by traditional camp fire

 

SUNDAY

 

Will start with a FE (FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST) for those who want it, and a H.F.T comp (not to strict rules) but with a few twists!

 

With trophies for 1, 2, 3, in .22 class, open class, recoiling class, top ladies score, and top junior score.

 

There are a few BBS members coming, so you will see some familiar faces.

 

Cost for the week end camping will be £15.00per person + course fees TBA.

 

There will be a toilet on camp, and access to showers if needed!

 

Hope to see some of you there!

as some of you may know? we have lost THL camp cook!

so is there any one else who would like to offer they skills ?

 

duties include cooking what is shot and brought to the table,OH! and copious amounts of coffee for me and chaz,as we will be far to busy

I'm now working away for 2 weeks some where in Essex the Land of the White Stiletto

But will be back Home for the 4th of October, Ready to Travel down on the 5th,

Another 2 weeks without shooting :angry2:.

Will keep an eye on hear from time to time with the iphone 4s but it's a small screen so won't post for a while.

all came to £58.20 which i think you will all agree is a bloody good price! toilet hire £50.00,new Gazeebo just bought £114.72 the other one broke at furnace mill in high winds,so needed replacing which AAOC members donated part of the cost! thank you!! rent for the field TBA. costing will have to be deducted from the money raised,to continue holding these meets.this is a small amount compared from what chaz and my self have put in to these over the years,so i hope you dont mind me putting this post up? it had to be said! on behalf of the members who haven't attended one before.

I hope everybody that is coming to the meet has the OK to spend some extra cash, as i'm busy makin things that i think will sell. The sort of things i am makin are things like pens, bowls, plates and even a couple of clocks. If there is anything that anybody would like me me to make let me know and i will see what i can do. The things that i am making are little bits that i can make in my shed. Everything that i make and sell over the weekend i am splitting the proceeds 50/50 split with 50% going to the charity that Davy, Chaz and Si are supporting.
