can anyone help ?

Recommended Posts

hello i am a new member and was just wondering if any one could give me any advice on how to make my pup more agressive? she is a first cross collie greyhound, she's 9 and half month old. she is coming on ok but still needing abit of work, and to provide the right training i need some help. the problem is that she lacks with agression if an animal dosent run she is a bit scared to go for it, and personally i want to train her to no matter what once she runs catches up she should have it in her mouth?

alot of 1st cross collie/greys just like to chase, ive seen a good few that will pick a rabbit up only to drop it again and re chase, all you can do is concentrate on her retrieving if she will retrieve what she picks up you wont have to worry about her not killing it

Its a pup,it will act and perform like a pup,not an adult dog.As it matures and becomes more confident things will change, especially the temperament, until then be more understanding and patient.

you dont want her aggresive at that age mate, she still finding her feet, dont show her nothing for a while and try and make retrieve training fun and just concentrate on this and obedience. you carry on showing her stuff it will get worse for you.
