Dog theft through poisoning/ drugging

Recommended Posts

Just been told that a friend of my missus' found a few bits of chicken lying in her garden. She picked them up and threw them in the bin, not thinking much of it (stupid cow)

Later on today her dogs were sleeping in the back garden and 2 guys jumped over the fence and grabbed one of her dogs (presuming they were drugged) When the other jumped up and opened up they hopped back over the fence and ran out of sight.

She rang the police who said there has been a few cases of this 'drugging' and theiving of dogs in the region.

Anybody ever heard anything similar?
