Wanted to make it but roads and weather wasn't worth chancing it, it's a good show that puts on a chocolate and black class, up here it's all crossbreds, some shows don't even give them a dog and bitch class like the rest ther all in together.

thanks grant this show is run by hunting people for hunting people but we also respect there are people who like to show terries the different classes REFLECT THIS, with two sets of championships , as for the time element the hunt likes to put on a full day , we are not on a metre there is no time limit although two terrier rings with separate judges , a hound show with record attendence ,and a full lurcher show, , the DRAGON DERSERVES A MEDAL NOT PETTY COMMENTS :notworthy: Edited by gonetoearth

I'll make this as simple as I can bud every terrier on that show ground is a CROSSBRED except the borders , the black class is for BLACK /FELL / PATTS. The blackntan is for BLACKNTANS / LAKELANDTYPE/ BODER LAKELAND , THE RED CLASS IS FOR YOU GUEST IT RED TERRIERs THE NEW CHOC CLASS IS FOR GO ON HAVE A GUESS ! IT'S A HUNT TERRIER SHOW a day out to raise funds for the hounds People come and show their terriers lurches throw all the lurches in one class !!!! Throw all the hounds in There all dogs. FOOOOK IT THROW THE FERRETS IN AS WELL , DO YOU THINK PEOPLE DRIVE 200 hundred miles for one class , tell you what bud tell us what you have I'll.Ask them to Sort a class out right at the start of the show you can go in then go home a happy bunny , The only choc in the ring went into the final and guess what it's real worker and smart if it had gone in the lakey class there were better looking terriers , it swings and rounder bouts , Edited by gonetoearth

Think it's a good thing there's as many classes takes the same time to judge 3 terriers wether it be in 3 classes or same class, more shows should be accommodating for all types of terrier IMO and if you get a good enough turnout to do it then that's good news and if you get a really pod turnout that can make a show last all day that's a good show and a penny r 2 or the hounds/ clubs etc happy days.

we want people to stay for as short or as long as they want, go to the hunt supporters tent buy a badge look at last years photos It an open day for all simple as that again thanks to every one who attended and hope to see every one next year
