Anybody noticed changes in Paypal?

 

I was ready to accept a payment, and had a message from Paypal saying the payment could be reclaimed, even after I had sent the goods

Seems wide open to abuse from less ethical and honest people.

 

What do you think, or am I a silly old sod worrying about nothing??

Sad fact is everythings open to abuse these days

 

Paypal is a law unto its self , DONT send gift payments for goods (as many people ask for) as the cant be refunded , its a shame because it was a safe way to distance sell once upon a time.

to be fair until yesterday when they restricted my account until i had changed everything its been fine, an email explaining why would have been nice though

Im loosing confidence very quickly with it, my personal account has been compromised nearly lost a fair old wedge, thankfully the bank spotted the transactions and warned me.

I just hope you are not using it to accept payment for the SE because if paypal finds out your account is going to be frozen colder than a Snowman's bollocks on Jupiter!
