COMPO 54 Posted April 27, 2012 Report Share Posted April 27, 2012 i had some and used them on occasions.........they slow the rat a bit, and if you are quick with a stick they are handy to have about..............i got mine as i didn't have a ferret friendly terrier, which is the ideal solution to ferreted rats........and i wanted something as i had been asked to shift some rats from under a shed........i sold mine as after that i didn't use or need them......they dont work anywhere near as well as a rabbit purse net, but better than nothing as i said Quote Link to post

jams 4 Posted April 27, 2012 Report Share Posted April 27, 2012 i tryed something like this we put a pieces of small fishing net over the holes an smoked them out when they bolted they got tangled up in the net only thing is it would have took ages to get them out the net so after they were dispatched we just threw the rats and the nets on the fire only ever did it once but worked pretty well Quote Link to post
