bobajob 56 Posted March 23, 2012 Report Share Posted March 23, 2012 looking for a bit of info people , i have recently went for a job interview on the railway, and i got word in today that iv got the go ahead to start, but my mate says they do alot of random drug tests, am not into drugs in any big way but im am guilty of small puff, only before i go to my bed nothing heavy or serious, am looking to see if anybody knows of anything , or the best way to flush out the system a.s.a.p, as i have got the go ahead to start on tuesday, any information would be appreciated, even by P.M, cheers Quote Link to post Share on other sites

mickmck 716 Posted March 23, 2012 Report Share Posted March 23, 2012 (edited) i used to work on the piling rigs and they tested on a regular basis , the firm was from norwich and the lads used to get a drink from grow shop that cancelled every thing out . dont know what it was called , if they dna test you your f****d as weed stays in your system for months funny story about drug test , we were working in dublin and i was told to go to the airport and pick up a fella from the firm , all the lads were asking me who it was but i didnt know , so they presumed it was a drug test , any way i picked up this fella and asked him what he was here for . turns out he was a photographer come to take pictures of the job for the company magazine , so when i got back to the site the rig driver was looking at me waiting for me to tell him who it was , so for the crack i said its a f****n nurse with that he jumped out of the rig and ran flat out over the site and hit the boundry fence over the top he went , i had to chase after him to tell him i was pulling his wire :laugh: Edited March 23, 2012 by mickmck 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

bobajob 56 Posted March 23, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 23, 2012 i think its a urine sample they give you but not100% well lads as from now on il be smoke free as i said i only had one at night and i dont smoke cigaretts at any other time, am going to drink loads of water and do alot of running on my tread mill, il prob do this first thing in the morning and last thing at night over the weekend , and ifi can squeeze in a few miles during the day i defonatly will, il prob try and get my hands on one of them kits,, Quote Link to post Share on other sites

keeper 51 78 Posted March 23, 2012 Report Share Posted March 23, 2012 (edited) i got pulled on a power station site and failed and was escorted of site until a second test on the sample could be confirmed i was asked before taking the test saw there anything that i felt they should be made aware i told them i had taken beechams day nurse non drowsy that morning bought over the counter at the end of the week i was reinstated and cleared during my weeks forced holiday i went over the doctors to get something for this cold i explained about the failing of my drug test he asked what site i was working on i informed him it was a blue book power station he told the only medication he could give me was aspirin and many of the over-counter medications would cause people to fail the drug test and if in future i was on site to inform him before he issued any medication i have also been told that wacky can be detected up to 3 months and in some cases up to 6 months through a hair follicle test the good news was i was paid for the week off and enjoyed a weeks rabbiting and a few days fishing happy days mike normal test is urine Edited March 23, 2012 by keeper 51 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
