If there was an underlaying skin condition showing through i.e red skin then it would be a problem. Other than that what you are feeding sounds spot on. Enjoy your pup! Sirius 1,391 Posted February 2, 2012 Report Share Posted February 2, 2012 If its a pup use Cod Liver Oil as it will help with calcium absoption. But like MOL rightly said if its a puppy its nothing to worry about, the reason is the pup is growing and the skin is expanding /growing at quite a rate and the old skin cells are being shed.
