Bloody barbed Wire !!

Just as the season was going nicely, Delta couldn't decide wether to go thru' or over a barbed wire fence,and ended up going into it !!

 

High up on her back leg;

She's a tough little bitch and a quick healer; a week should see her right !

a dod of vaselene and bobs yer uncle ,in a weeks time.and with her being so young ,a weeks rest will do no harm at all.as you already know :thumbs:

 

So young !! LOL !! She's 6 1/2 !! But it's only a skin tear, no muscle damage, and yes, I reckon about a week :thumbs:

Ive been lucky with Barbed wire... to date, ma main bitch has scraped through so far.......

 

However she fell up the steps to the house on Sunday, spilt her front leg on the joint and ended up in surgery with a GA to get fixed.. I just couldnt keep it together..

Which , given I have just packed the landrover to drive to the west coast in the morning, ferreting for three days... is a bit of a bitch.. :laugh:

 

Lucky my pup is up to the job, and I'll use long nets to make it easier for her...

Whether the bitch forgives me for leaving her at home, with a bloody great plastic collar on is another thing... :D

Just got mine bck running afta he hit some barb wire while running thru sum rushes 1 nite ended up we a rear 5inch long by 3 inch wide down right leg then 1 a similer size underneath that leg but that went deep into muscle but 30 odd stitches later and £300 vet bill he's bck catching again! Fecking hate the stuff!
