mackem 23,994 Posted November 26, 2011 Report Share Posted November 26, 2011 The speed limit in the park is 20 and there are notices posted everywhere,I think the deer werent in any danger from the traffic,the assistant manager of Richmond park was on the local news just asking people to keep their dogs under control after the Fenton incident,might have been a bit different if it was a lurcher however as the park as well as around 300 red deer is also full of fallow.
