The hunting of rabbits is exempt if it takes place on land—(a)which belongs to the hunter, or(b)which he has been given permission to use for the purpose by the occupier or, in the case of unoccupied land, by a person to whom it belongs.

Common Ground is only "common" in name only. ALL land in the UK belongs to someone, usualy the Church of England, or the Crown, if it is designated "common"; and without written permission from the owner or tenant, you will be breaking the law, even if it's just rabbits you're after ! :thumbs:

Was up the moors tonight which is common ground, can I run rabbits on it without getting done by the rozzers??

What is the moors I always see it written on here?

Dartmoor, 360 square miles of countryside all open so wander where you please

 

Yous Brits dont know how lucky yous are like 360 square miles of countryside open to wonde with your dogs! Yous should be thankful
