graham4877 1,181
But rabbits are legal quarry! not without permission! Rabbits 4 The hunting of rabbits is exempt if it takes place on land—(a)which belongs to the hunter, or(b)which he has been given permission to use for the purpose by the occupier or, in the case of unoccupied land, by a person to whom it belongs. BrianSteven72 369
there is no such thing as common ground it is owned by someone you would have to get there permission Quote Link to post
chartpolski 28,125
Common Ground is only "common" in name only. ALL land in the UK belongs to someone, usualy the Church of England, or the Crown, if it is designated "common"; and without written permission from the owner or tenant, you will be breaking the law, even if it's just rabbits you're after !
