Hidden among the story is the fact that she was found guilty of fabricating evidence that an innocent man was responsible. She even went as far as swearing she heard this guy murder Meredith Kercher.. Don't sound like the actions of an innocent person to me.. The yanks won't allow her to extradited back to Italy no matter what happens with any subsequent investigations. They're quick to demand people be extradited to the US when they want them, but they rarely allow their citizens to leave to answer crimes elsewhere in the world..
