Nothing unusual about this I am sure, but went out today, with a couple of this years Jills, plus one from last year. The permission is packed with rabbits, and is ideal for starting them off on. Took

Good vid like the way he's looking at his watch after lunch classic . He will more than likely end up getting into bull x's when he's older : )

Thanks everyone for the comments, and yes Kittlerox, a little dog would be brilliant. I'll have to work really hard on the misses for a bit longer  !!!!

Did you use a camcorder ?

Yes mate, a Panasonic, trouble is you have to keep putting it down when dealing with bunnies and nets etc. I also have a dead cheap helmet cam somebody gave me that take much poorer quality video, but I have no clips to attach it to me. I'll have to make something if I decide to do some more.

cracking vid mate looks like the lads enjoyed themselves my lads just starting to show some interest so might get him going in the next month or so.

He'll love it mate. Mine are 10yrs and 7 yrs and have been coming for a couple of years. They both talk to their mum and mates about "breaking their necks" even though they haven't done it yet.

The funniest one yet though, was when I got asked to have a meeting with the young ones teacher, because he kept telling the other kids he had been "hunting rabbits and breaking their necks", and took an old teddy into school to show them how to do it!

I had to remain ADULT, but really wanted to p**s myself laughing!!.

Seriously though, I give them a little more responsibilty each time. I started off getting them to take the ferrets out of the court and putting them in the carrying boxes, holding them while I put the collars on, placing a folded net by each hole, so that I could just come along and open them up, to laying them out and collecting them up again.

They haven't quite got it right when the rabbit hits the net, but hey, its early days and so what....

Good luck for the season, and I hope your lad really enjoys himself with his Dad.
