Buch 145
You cant say torries are worse than labour, who did so much to turn you into a criminal. Labour squandered your cash for years and now the torries are trying to sort it out. I dont totaly agree that torries are in for the rich because at then end of the day the majority vote gets em elected, but would you rather vote in labour who are in the pocket of the Trade Unions who would bring the country to a stop over cuts that the rest of the country has already had to deal with? They didn't get a majority, that's why we've got a coalition.. The majority of the electorate didn't vote for the Tories, they voted for someone else.. They're no better or worse than Labour in my eyes, they're all as bad as each other..
scothunter 12,609
oh i agree there some cuts are needed, but look at this way, perfect opportunity for the tories to bring in slashing sweeps and blame the last goverment.im just curious as to when every tory or lib come on the tv and stop blaming everything on labour.even mistakes they are making, and when they are questioned, its always the same excuse, well the last goverment blah blah blah.btw i dont vote labour either.i just remember those b*****ds when i was growing up.and tbh they havent changed.im with malt i dont trust any of the two parties.but if i had to choose it certainly wouldnt be tory.they have done nothing for the oaps or the unemployed.granted the incapacity benefit did need a shake up,but there not taking individual cases into consideration, there policy is you can work and if you dont we will stop your money.then what happens when you have folk who are entitled to it,when they cant pay thier rent.then you have homeless people to deal with.oh and i dont claim benefits either before some think i do.i just find it all very suspicious. PeakOil 352
It doesn't matter who gets in or who said what. They are all professional liars sucking the cock of the uber wealthy and big business. None of them give more than a cursory f**k about you or any of the rest of the plebs, except around the every 4 / 5 years changing the puppets time. Another 4 / 5 years snouts in troughs, back handers, bribes, brown envelopes and setting themselves up for a very nice non executive directorship off their new best mates in big business is all they are interested in. New Labour, Tories and Lib Dems all of them are 99% identical. It doesn't matter what combination of them looks like it is in charge. They all intend to take more and more money off you by hook or by crook along with passing new laws to curtail your freedoms and past times.

Real, constitutional change is what's needed in this country IMO, not just a changing of the colours every now and again..

WILF 50,631
The goverment descisions affect us because as a nation we rely so much on the state for so many things, if you could opt out of the NHS, Social and all the other things we get for our tax money and not have to pay tax (not just income tax, all tax and dutie) but sort yourself out, who would?.........I know I f*****g would, in a heartbeat! Of course they're still blaming labour, they left a lot of shit to clear up. Mind you labour were still blaming Thatcher for everything up until they lost the election.
