I laid the concrete for the front of the hearth yesterday evening: It's near as damn it the same size as the one I smashed up when we moved in 12 months ago! I had a bit of concreting to do out the garden as well! I'd like to use good old Welsh or Cornish slate if I went down that route, but with my finances it's most likely going to be Spanish crap.
