You'd probably be just as well holding it together with steristrips: or just cut bits of elastoplast into strips and hold the cut together while you stick the strips across it. Then wrap up well with more plaster.

doesnt say this in running dog maintenance, i advise you to read the book before commenting :icon_eek::tongue2:

usually i just tape my cuts up but this one is a little bigger and deeper than most and was wondering if fishing line will hold if i stitch myself up with it

 

It does yes but its not the best stuff tbh from what ive seen.For the future should you wish to do it sutures can be bought of ebay for pennies and its got the proper cutting needle attached and its properly sterilised etc.

lmao ther is but the smell of them make me feel ill and on occasion pass out :blink: but ive now sorted it....plenty of super glue and a stack of duct tape over a wad of bandage :toast:

 

Make sure you left a hole at one end for drainage..........thats the mistake folk often make then wonder why they end up with a f*****g great abcess !
