Hello,

I would like to introduce myself. Name is Brian, and live inTexas, USA. Like to deer and Hog hunt.

My dogs are Kangals and Boz Shepherd Dogs. I am trying to explore their ability to be used to hunt wild Boar. And was looking for anyones experience with hunting with them.

They are quite large, and able to down large predators, as they are Livestock Guardians. Some Boz Shepherds would possibly be able to kill a mountain lion. Very awsome dogs with regards to their abilities. Some people in Turkey hunt with them for boar. But information from Turkey is limited.

Any information would be great,

Brian

I have a website that has many pictures, and links to thousands more.

www.monstermalak.com

Also has alot of information on the breed, etc...

They really do not eat that much. Less than a gallon a day. They have evolved in a harsh climate, and existed on poor nutrition. Typically fed YAL, which is a barley mash with watered yougurt or tomato paste. Guess they somehow extract more nutrition than most.

Take Care,

Brian
