Horrible stuff: too much salt: yet another supposedly nutritious substance which is unbelievably salty. And no, I'm not an 'avoid salt at all costs freak', just someone who prefers not to annihilate their taste buds and contribute to the health problems which go with eating loads of salt.

 

But I do love Vecon!

As this is lunch time I'm on a work computer and hesitate to google Vecon :D As for beansprouts there more of an ingredient of a rabbits curry than of a rabbit curry :o

That's not right, spoiling a good cheese with brown stuff that didn't come out of a pickle jar. Now cheese on toast with a little ketchup that's proper food.

Only one thing ketchup is good for and that chips!

 

When im feeling particularly adventurous ill cut cheese into chunks and dip it in the marmite jar, YUM!
