hare_n_hounds 157
My 11 yr old bitch bella was sired by a hancock dog, and she is timid- (a one man only dog). she fine around me but no one else strangeley enough, but to be fair she was good when she was in her prime on rabbit and fox and VERY obidient. Personally i dont beleive all the bollox about how there bred etc. its how there reared and trained i believe. 1 Quote Link to post

Well anyway they were bred the same way and one ended up in a Huntsman's hands called Ben Hardaway both dogs were the real deal Keeper thae male was on 1000s of peices of game from bunny's to bears. Poacher the bitch that went to Ben he used on coyotes and ended up breeding it tho a Staghound. I have dogs down from that breeding serving me well at 8 years? I think. Quote Link to post
