bleachtastesnice 4
Mine is only just over 5 months, and hasnt really started jumping on his own yet, I have had him up and down a few ledges by following on and keeping up with me, lol, nothing too high as he is still young. When out with other dogs he is always trying too follow on, (thats how I have got him in water aswell) soo I know its all there and slowly but surely his confidence is growing but nothing too high as he will get damaged. I find 'monkey see, monkey do' is the best way too bring on a lurcher in most aspects of training and think I am lucky to be able too do this methord, but I also think it is very important to have him doing it on his own. How did you get yours too start jumping? Cheers, Bleachtastesnice Quote Link to post

luke. 9
When i got my first pup she was 5 months old and wouldnt jump up a kerb never mind a fence and then 3-3 1/2 month later shes jumping any thing and every thing, i was over the moon. I didnt play a big part in it but still pleased either way and now at 13 month old nothing stops her. Quote Link to post
