watchman 256
Finally found them! I have been scratching about this area trying to find the herd all together. I had heard of an elderly birdspotter that there were at least 10 of these red deer.. Last season i posted a pic of one stag. And i also saw 3 different individual females in different areas throughout the year. Yesterday evening i finally found them all together. They werent on my permission were i had previously seen them but about 1 to 2 miles away. Sat in a very quiet area, which takes some getting to through thick undergrowth. The god thing to see was that there is 2 stags, both big and healthy. These pictures were taken with my mobile phone, as for some shit reason i didnt have my camera with me this time! I will however be going back there today to get some much better pictures(hopefully). It really was a great sight to see that many in this area... third pic down, reminds me of the one you put up long time ago,"can you spot anything in the pic"do you remember, the hare was amongst the rocks

Guest Leveller
well, surely they cant be that wild if they can be seen and found so easily.? As you can see from my pictures I wasn't exactly close and as for finding them, well before the ban we could use a pack of hounds editted to add I typed this the same time as JD was typing his post did the stag photo give it away?
