JR HARTLEY 5 Posted January 9, 2011 Report Share Posted January 9, 2011 get shot of it stopping on a rabbit no way would i feed that but each to there own bit harsh mate dont get me wrong it does piss you off,thats collie blood for ya,but 12 out of 14 aint bad for me so he,s gonna get a bit of grub tonight.......your dogs hungry my mate has a collie/grey lurcher and it does the same sometimes i.e sort of teasin the rabbits and slowing right down maybe pulling off them a little is this a comon acurance in lurhers with collie blood atb lola_digga2010 seen it afew times in the eighties and early nighties when hancocks dogs were very common seen a friends dog stalking across floor on rabbits and a dog he owned of similar breeding identical to that celt dog pick and choose his runs after the age of about 4 but big stuff the dog would would tackle a lion and die doing so Quote Link to post
