the lines do exist, hopefully some of the boys will pipe up, although most tend to keep themselves to themselves.

very few people have proper working staffs nowadays mate :victory:

True, but I do came right from your country about 6 months ago,BUTCHIE absolutely one of the most awesome one will ever see,and only about 32 lbs, massive head coal black and teeth like a leopard. Give me a couple weeks and I will post a picture of him,he's been studded out to put some bottom in an already very game line of borders,OLA

Liam Delaney: I mean the sort whose heads are so big they're almost scraping along the floor, the short squat bodies that are just "too bully" to do any work... the sort that guard my local spar shop.

They are not old line staffs my friend they are the new line staffs that are at all the shows now. This generation bred that dirt not the boys from twenty and forthy years ago.We also never considered them workers or game dogs from testing them on rabbits.

I dont think anyone would suggest a staff is game or a worker from hunting rabbits Liam, but it isnt wise to mention much else on a public forum. I admire the dogs and men of old .. just wish i was around 40 years ago!
