I should be a fruit taster Santa Maria Style Tri Tip or crispy broiled pork loin, spinach salad with raspberries and blue cheese, key lime pie and watermelon in the summer Spicy Honey ham with mustard, corned beef & cabbage, roasted lamb with lots of salt, garlic and homemade sweet mint jelly, or buffalo and venison chili when it is cold any mexican, indian, carribian ... Pumpkin risotto, with venison sausages roasted on a bed of caramelised red onions. Roast rib of beef with home made yorkies, roast tatties, loads of veg and a red wine gravy.
