Some good groups from the S200

Recommended Posts

Well, since i never got to go to the permission tonight due to studying (which i never done much of anyway :wallbash:) I decided to have half an hour shooting targets in the garden anyway. Got the gun zero'd to about 25 yards using RWS Superdome 14.5gr's. The RWS Superfields also work great in the gun but cant seem to find any since i finished my last tin. So had a few shots at the targets then decided to see what kind of groups i got. Pics below............

I have also set up some targets at about 30 and 35 yards and have started working out my hold over at these distances. Doing not to bad so far so once my groups are more consistent i'll get some pics up.

Below is a pic of my garden range :gunsmilie:

From right to left, the right hand target is my zero, at about 25 yards, the middle is about 35 yards, and the left is about 30 yards.

Anyway just thought I would share my groupings with you lot as i was pretty pleased with them, the S200 is a great gun :D and thought i would take some pics of my range while i was at it :victory:

Cheers,

John

Nice going John :clapper:

Your certainly getting there with the S200 :gunsmilie: you made a very good choice in rifle

As Gary mentioned, thats a bloody field not a garden, you lucky sod :tongue2: if I had that as a back garden I'd be very happy practicing 100 yard paper punching

Lol cheers for the replies. I know i am lucky having that amount of space. We used to get rabbits in our garden regularly, and i literally would have been able to shoot these from my bedroom window. Sadly they all disappeared, long before i was into ferreting/shooting :wallbash:
