More Permission.....

Recommended Posts

Seems like I havent been on in aaaaages!!!

Work getting in the way again! :icon_redface:

Some good news for a change. Whilst on my travels yesterday I normally stop at the same "greasy Joes" for my brekkie. It just so happens I bumped into a guy driving a land rover and wearing Massey Ferguson overalls..... I thought to myself " he looks like a farmer" and surely enough he was....... after a 15 min discussion about him having umpteen people wanting to shoot on his land I thought I was onto a losing battle, until he mentioned moles........

I jumped in and said I'm sure wor kid will be able to do something about them for you, so...after a quick call to him a meeting was arranged.

Wor kid popped down to see him and after setting some traps for him the farmer said "a favour returns a favour" and signed us a new permission over ...... :toast:

It's not huge only approx 180 acres but it's prime bunny country with paddocks and hedgerows and even a wooded area of which he's asked to be cleared of Rooks

We're off there tomorrow to check the traps and have a bit of a proper look around, but all in all it's been a good day!

One tip I will give.....if in doubt...ALWAYS ASK!!!!...you never know!
