i very quickly spotted my 1st problem PELLETS were on top of the fridge :o not to worry i had 2 full mags

that should last my all night (i hoped) anyhow i got the gear on locked up the pickup and off i went

as i came in i noticed a bunny sitting eating so i headed over to there 1st i had the dimmer on as low as i could and just made out the little red dot looking back at me down on my knee and then for some reason i forgot every thing about shooting lol it was about 10mtrs away so 1mil under and it completely missed shit man 10mtrs is 1 mil over 2nd shot missed doh you knacker its zeroed at 30mtrs so 10 and 30 are the same lucky for me the bunny was just as thick 3rd shot cross hairs just behind the eye and down it goes not even a twitch ... in the 2 hours i was out i couldnt get it out my head but it made no difference as that was the only bunny shot ...then this kid comes up to me (about 15-16) MR you seen my ferret !! i lost it here on saturday bit i waited 2 hours for it before i left ........ you know when you can see the red mist lifting hmmmm walk away i said after that i went home no wonder theres not many rabbits around with a ferret on the loose.......

funny thing was by that time it was 01:30 and pitch dark how the uck did he expect to find his ferret 4 days later and in the pitch dark.... i rang the farmer to tell him what happened and it turns out to be his sons mates so there wasnt much i could say .......

any how here that start of the night

Looks like you shotit up the tail end as well as one in the noggin :tongue2:

Fancy losing a ferret, If ya see it, you'll either have to catch it or give it an injection of lead or you'll have no bunnies for a long time from there.
