panacur 10 % is the strongest form of panacur, cattle and sheep, fenbendazole is the active ingredient as stated... Any oral drench ending in AZOLE is classed as what is called a white drench...

you also get panacur 2.5 % And panacur SC, { contains selenium and cobalt}

1ml/ kg seems very very strong to me.

I'd be very very care full if you suspect a dog with a heavy worm infestation, As using a dose this Strong could lead the animal going into anaphylactic shock, and could lead to death...

A 10% solution will have 100mg per ml of Fenbendazole, And in most cases i see on the net... its stated that the dose rate used for a dog is 50mg/kg

or 1/2 ml/kg to give the 50mg rate...

The company i work for deal direct with intervet, and i will get the info from the company when i get back to work for you.... which may be 1 or two weeks yet...

If anything should happen to your animals however there will be no comeback.... As its not licensed for dogs in this spectrum.

i hope this helps you a little...

Snap.

When I used Pancure 10% I always bought it from Hyperdrug, I told the sales assistant it was for dogs and that I wanted a litre of it, I was told that although it said for cattle and sheep on the bottle it was the exactly same as the stuff that comes in the 100ml bottles for dogs. When it arrived there was a dosage chart with it for the varying doses for cattle, sheep, horses, dogs etc. The dosage for adult dogs was 1ml/kg.

This was copied from a website and is the dosage instructions for Pancure 10% liquid.

Worming liquid for use in adult dogs & cats in the effective treatment of roundworms, some tapeworms, lungworm and in weaned or unweaned puppies & kittens for the treatment of the protozoa Giardia.

Dose: adult dogs and cat 1ml per kg.

Pregnant bitches: 1 ml per 4 kg (2.2 lbs) bodyweight daily from day 40 of pregnancy to 2 days post-whelping (approx. 25 days).

Puppies and kittens under 6 months: 0.5ml per 1 kg bodyweight daily for 3 consecutive days.

Each ml contains 100mg fenbendazole.

always do a search on it , yes 10% is fine for dogs , sold usually in 100ml and only sold in 1tr sizes for larger animals but still the same stuff , i use it twice a year on my dogs and twice a year i use drontal , panacur 10% can also be used on horses so a cost effective worming solution to anyone with dogs and horses

We use it on the hounds and have never had any adverse reactions, I worm more frequently here in Canada because there are so many more beasties out here, heartworm for one, which is quite nasty.

I try to change brands of wormers every so often so that the worms don't build up and immunity so one quarter i use Strongid T, then the next time I use Pannacur.

I also use Ivermec (Ivermectin) 3 times a year, this is good for heartworm's and just about everything that the other two don't kill, it also stops them from scratching , but be careful with the dosing 1ml per 100lbs

It also is not Licensed for Dogs, and seemingly it not good for Collies, there known to have bad reactions, my xbred collie/whippet/greyhounds are fine though !!!

There are two products I use, both Horse Products and brand named- one Ivercare (ivertmectin 1.87%) which is 1 cc/100lb and used monthly for rounds(heartworm) and the other is Equimax (ivermectin 1.87% + praziquantel 14.03% also called Drontal) and is the same dosage which I do every couple of months as it does tapes as well. If properly dosed regularly, worms don't build up an immunity since they're dead.
