summer boys out killing things and the sport off whats your veiw on it

hi guys i guess im one of those all year round hunters that alot of u seem to be dissin on here well heres somethin to think about i got good permission with alot of farms and a good relationship they pull the cattle in [bANNED TEXT] i ask ect so how do u tell them no i cant kill the bunnys all year round only winter time without peein them off and loosin permission its thier land and up to them wat gets kulled and wat time of year at the end of the day its all about money for farmers its thier lively hood cause 7 rabbits graze the same amoumt every day as 1 sheep (fact) and it all hits the farmer in the pocket.

You cant catch them twice. One summer doe = 2 or 3 young that will survive for winter.

I'm not keen on working them in the hot weather. And if you can leave them for the summer do so but if a farmer is suffering and wants them gone then like said if you dont do them someone else will.

Genuine hunters would give hunting a miss during summer or breeding periods for any species.The old saying seems to be forgotten now that 'the true hunter is a conservationist' i admit i may have forgotten how it was worded

Rats and Rabbits are pests and can be killed all year round to be fair not too keen on it myself,each to there own.

i would be looking at mixi, not boys as you call them

mixi has not been around for years i wouldnt mind am usely garrenteed to see at least 3 -4 foxes a night. im seeing nothing

 

3 or 4 fox,s knocking about will not do the rabbit population any good ,and when all the foods gone the fox,s move too ,was out myself last night and what a bad night 2 runs ,was out on the same ground about 4 nights ago and there was bunnies everywere ,sometimes its just the night but thats hunting for you

I can't see a farmer being happy about rabbits being released on his land ! After all; farmers have a legal obligation to control the rabbit population !

what if your pup is about ready for getting started and its summer what you going to do leave it till winter id want my dog sighted up on the lamp and ready for winter , but people who run dogs in summer have wank dogs who are you lot to say people who run dogs in summer have wank dogs !!!!!!

what a load of shit, 100 percent of people on here have caught something in the summer. and as for blaming not seeing anything on the lamp and blaming it on summer hunting more rubbish, you could go out round ours some nights and see virtually nothing, go out the nyt after and games every where thats hunting wouldnt be fun if it was that easy. i regualrly go out digging in the summer months dont really run the lurchers as it just causes injurys. but if my dog ran something it wouldnt be going to waste. who realistically is gonna keep there dogs cooped up in the kennel for 4-5 months? the hunt round me will dig as many litters off fox cubs as they can round me but still there is lots of them to be caught by me in the winter. think half of you keyboard hunters need to get real and actually get out there

summers the time for fishing working catching the odd rabb thre qaurter grown ones and if the odd call out kill foxes or rabbits ,but game well wi nter time im afraid , never heard of people boasting killing summer game unless stalked with awell placed bullet ,,but mind tyou not every body is country wise and game wise
