seen on here that a lad had a 15 week old plummer starting but i've seen on the rat catchers video a 6 month old plummer doing a really good job.

anyone would be proud to own him

i started mine off at about 6 months just let them chase to get the gist of things let them have a proper go at about 7 months

Yes i was going to say that, But, i felt that that would be too obvious.... :victory:

Its not the feeding, its the breeding. I know all that fellas.

Ah,if thats the best answer i can get out of experienced dog men its sad!

Might write a book next week! Anyone buy it??

baby rabbits if they can catch them...rats once they have their adult teeth... [mice before that if they come across them] then see how they go...my plummer is game and has seen/ragged foxes but as for encouraging him on them i would rather wait another 9 months or so to let him develop [about 18 months by then]...dont want him smashed up before then and put off.

then got years ahead to work him....got introduced to his first mink yesterday.....did himself proud!!!
