  1. We are now moving forward to the final Irish game or country fair of the season at Birr Castle, Co Offaly on the 25th & 26th August. . I should like to thank everyone for their support this year for the Great Game Fairs of Ireland at Ballywalter ( good weather on site in spite of poor weather in surrounding areas) and Shanes Castle ( superb crowd in spite of dire weather). Just putting the finishing touches to the plans for the Irish Game & Country Fair at Birr which promises to be one of the best yet in terms of attractions, competitions, prize funds and range of trade stands. Feaghbridge Dog Track, is situated on the outskirts of Coalisland Co Tyrone, and lies on the shores of Lough Neagh This dog track is purpose built, and is primarily designed to be the ultimate test for the racing dog, whilst at the same time offering one of the safest tracks in the country for dogs to run on.   20. hi lads just wondering the judges that judged moria last year are these the same judges that are judging borris next week, at first it was the rathbeggan club organising the terrier and lurcher events now i see that its the roscrea club organising the terrier and lurcher events ? have the organisers of the terrier and lurcher show been changed ? does this mean the judges have been changed ?

  24. Man O War Dog Show gets its name from a townland between Keady and Castleblaney, and this is where the Man O War dog show took place last Saturday 21st July. With its spectacular views of the surrounding countryside,and in the shadow of Clay Lake,herds of cows and sheep could be seen far away on the hillside enjoying the freedom of the summer. The weather kept up and the attendance was good. The show was well organised, and it was evident that a lot of hard work was carried out behind the scenes to make this show a success and enjoyable for everybody.And enjoyable it certainly was.
