We have managed to keep our ponds clear of ice and the ducks are back.we are holding another evening duck shoot tomorrow 18th jan we have 5 places left £100 each. No limit as quantities unknown steel shot only but have some here.arrive at 3.30 shoot from about 5 till 5.30 depending on how many and wheather. Place is ox5 2 rg thanks

As title says. There is a space for a single days ferreting with me near Oxford either tomorrow or Monday the 31st. The option is open to absolutely anyone. Time wasters and Idiots need not apply, however experience is not needed. I am willing to teach, provided you listen. Give me a PM as soon as. This land needs to be ferreted before new year if can be helped. Beer afterwards in the pub next door if you fancy. Let me know.

hi guys not posted for a while started back ferreting this season and was doing really well and for no reason wats so ever my ferrets died and i was gutted got really attached to them and never replaced them so looking to try and tag along with someone to try and get back into i live in berkshire but will travel a bit not expecting big bags just good to get back at it thanks all offers will be appreciated danny

There are a couple of spaces going on the syndicate i keeper on. Just thought i would see if there was any interest from tidy folk on here? 3300 Pheasants released, along with a couple of hundred Partridge and some reared duck (also wild duck and woodcock). 9 driven days, also about the same boundry days (walk about, rough shoot),and duck flighting. Beautiful scenery, excellent topography. The drives produce some very sporting birds. Cost for the season is 1500. Days also available.

Hi all I am organising wild evening duck shooting on my pond the first one is tomorrow 5 th December.arrive at 2.30 for refreshments and drinks in my cafe then shoot till approx 5.30 there is about 50 - birds coming in between this time.we will go back to cafe for food after .the cost of this is £100 pr gun. There is no bag limit.steel shot only please we are in Oxfordshire .please no silly comments just good feed back and responses please as I have not had good experiences from forums thank you

I am completely new to this, and would love to give Jack a chance at ratting. Off lead Jack does not really leave our side except for small stints of bush whacking, i.e. he is very human orientated. We live in 3rd floor flat with a Jack Russell, he gets out for 3 x 1 hour walks a day and forest walks for longer periods on the weekends, he is fit and very well behaved, but I am feared that he loses some of his hard wired instincts, especially since when I take him back to Bermuda next year there will be rats, big rats! Ideally a ratting experience for me would be to show up where there are

My friend text me asking if I would help him as they have a small shoot and there normal lad had his dog killed by getting run over . So as I have too much work on and a bitch in pup I thought I would advertise it on here. So anybody wanting a bit foxing work inbox me and I'll sort it out, you should have a shotgun certificate (for humane dispatch as the law states) as well as a decent terrier and transport to get there as it's about 5 miles out of the nearest town, No running dogs allowed on the land though as the main farmer lost a few sheep to a running dog so anybody interested

If any one is interested in joining me for a days ferreting then send me a PM with a contact number, how many ferrets you have and a post code so I can arrange something near you. Most opportunities will be mid week and ideally you should have at least 4 ferrets and 50+ nets. The area I cover is roughly between Coventry, Hinckley, Northampton and Southam.

Had an enquirey local to me from a lady who has a rat problem on her smallholding. I have a Patt bitch who is quiet, steady and broken to livestock, but has never been ratting before. So just wondered if there was anyone local to me who would be able to come along with there dog/dogs and show me the ropes. Must be broken to livestock, with a quiet polite owner . Cheers all
