  5. greenshank cheers mate id love to cheers mate would love to cook food for a living but my liver couldn't take it lol, as a kid I used to help deliver herring and mackerel by the bucket out of an old comma van was brought up on grilled fresh mackerel and herring milts ,sprats and kippers, must get up west coast of Scotland one day could eat scallops raw out the shell all day , if I go to a fish restaurant I always leave with the feeling I can cook it better cheaper and have more on me plate if I done it meslf, then theres monkfish was once the cheapest fish on the slab years back,

  8. I grow me own ring of fires and use proper piri piri sauce and chillies I bring back from portugeuse markets plus scotch bonnets and wild goat peppers from the carrabien flaming hot if you overload tho
  9. fresh conch is an all time fave esp if I gathered it meself raw conch salad is awesome as is it grilled cracked or frittered

I mainly done me own versions of potugese cataplana I allways bring the spices piri piri and chillies back from Portugal for years its the the drinking while your cooking I like lol guess I watched too much Floyd and graham kerr, rick steins ok just don't drink enough lol and having a few mates who got stalls down billingsgate helps love everything out the sea scallops tuna squid the whole lot cooked or raw with spice n chillies

  19. I like the potugese fish and do most of the cooking and gathering from the markets , been getting into them things called perceives proper dear but well tasty and the sardines aint from Scotland lol give me some poiters on octopus squid pork tapas please mate Spanish pronounciations lol
