    lol sorry mate she was such a good horse but had her problems mainly foot related , but when right she was special , as a producer she didn't fire and nothing of any note came through to say she was a top broodmare even tho she was at the time rated one of the best fillies in the world

    you might be interested in America its the belmont stks G! 1m 4f on sat , a distance not raced by many horses over there ,its the 3rd leg of the triple crown , out of the dozen or so runners on paper only 5 are bred to get the trip on breeding so itl be good to watch p.s I'm on Stradivari who is more of a speedy bred and lani a horse he is bred to stay the distance ,good luck

    halling was a good animal bumped into one of the best in bosra sham another of my faves trained by the late henry cecil, bosra sham being one of those with a champion sire line bred to unproven on the track dam line

    think its fare to say theres more emphasis on a proven sire in horses as quite often proven sires are bred to unproven mares that hold a decent line but sometimes don't see a track , theres always a freak who pops up sir percy being one of those ,he was bought for 16,000 gns to go hurdling , bred from speed to heavy stamina line as a 2 yr old he showed more than enough speed to win a few short races then went on to win the derby at a 1m 4f

    I had him that day and was at Epsom he was a very good horse only doing enough to win his races unstylish they call it but a horse with true grit , last wks derby see me back moonlight magic who had lammtarra on the dam side ,for sentiment reason I backed it but he didn't fair well, think was sold to japan not long after his arc win , he did come back to stand in England ,died a few years back now ,still one of my fav horses
