Romany word for hedgehogs is hotchi and in the olden days used to be ate , I seen the first one in ages yesterday and it wa knocked over dead was thinking of getting a yog on and cooking it but sadly don't know how to go about it as like I said died out eating them years ago

I think that's good on the basis that if you are out collecting scrap there is more about for your to find as less people will be scrapping like when prices are sky high, but all time low would be around five to ten pound per ton like if was back in 2000 ish, also the iron grids would be classed as heavy so price always pays better than light stuff, I use emr aswell and there prices are always the bestReally, think about it, you see the p***y vans going round, old rolls of wire, the odd oven, bike wheels, usual shit we all throw out for them, then think how much that actually weighs, I can tel

Not a chance have to tie them up just to wash then with a bucket and hose, if I walk down the river an and decide to get it they will come in when it's warm but only in the shallows

Thats a lot of squirrels, they must have done a fair bit of damage Mainly to the plastic feed drums so we started using metal drums and placing tunnels undernearth the feeders and would check traps in morning and by the time you had came back round hour later you had another one , never seemed to check a trap that was empty, I even used to run a plank between two trees put a bait station in the middle and fen traps either side of the bait and would pick loads up that way
