    Time on site is the best way forward, a bit of guidance as to what any issues are is also a great help. But you cant expect folk to show you all their tricks and that has to be understandable.

    Lifted all mine today for a wash down and to get ready for the next job, I'm off with the wife for a 3 day seaside break on Tuesday morn. Don't know whether to go to the new site in the morning and reccy the place with a token gesture of traps or leave it until I get back. Some shite weather on the way and this area will get good snow cover in blizzard conditions, so Monday morning in a whiteout doesn't sound appealing. Other option is hit the club and watch Man City destroy us then not give a toss until Thursday.

    I'm new here and the welcome was very different to say the least. I came with an open mind regards protocol on this site and quickly realised that gang mentality forms rapidly at times. I received a few pm's telling me to have a thicker skin regards certain things. Spot on I thought so I cast away my shyness and spoke the way I speak real-time. Bad move 2 warning points and a temp ban, means nothing to me personally as worse things happen in life. All I'm trying to say is if you go on the attack don't be upset if you get bitten back. Give the lad a chance to explain what he is doing ffs.

    Funny thing was I nearly lifted the last 3 traps yesterday as I was moving on. They had been back filled 3 times prior, but I left them just on the off chance and they fired up. same runs same moles the mind boggles at times.
