  1. He's just over 23 tts broxi, still a little bit left on the knuckle maybe 24 when he's finished growing, he's a pup off bobza his dam was a Mike Brown whippet at 20tts and the sire was saluki greyhound at 26tts, I'm led to belive more genetics are gained from the dam than the sire, it's the ideal breeding for me but would of rathered my whippet as the sire and a saluki greyhound bitch but nothing of that cross where I am.
  2. Saluki whippet greyhound 8 months old coming on well
  3. Yeah will be about that, sire wasn't a first x though, I've got a Mike Brown whippet dog, can't fault him everything he's been put behind he hasn't disappointed!
  4. I'm not in any rush with him, when he's finished growing il get him jumping actual gates lol but while he's still got growth in the knuckles he's on beach running and footpath jogs, the sire is a saluki greyhound not sure on percentages and dam Mike Brown whippet, bobza off here owns both dogs, he's standing at 23tts I think another inch or so more to come with a bit of luck. Cheers davy.

  16. could be onto something compoThe breed is not at all a new one, it,s register with the KC is relitively new that,s all.sorry for goin off topic but ..an honest question for ye loafer, or anyone that knows a bit on the subject of whippet history.... What is the earliest drawing or mention of a small rabbiting dog that fits the whippets description ? .I do know that if you keep going back far enough back through the whippet archives in my dogs ped ther is a write up attatched to the ped of a champion whippet that describes him and goes on to mention that the dogs coat is smooth, not broken " jus
