im the same! my lass says i have p.c. o.c.d.! i clean the lot out a couple of times a wk and defrag once a wk or so. and my 4 or 5 yr old laptop runs sweeter than most of my mates yr old pc's...... so its not daft keeping them in good order!(edited to say,if you want to keep cookies then you can untick the cookies box in Ccleaner and it wont touch them)

is your recycle bin empty? if not empty it. there is a handy little free tool called Ccleaner that can be dowloaded and is simple to use,it finds all the little bits of files that inevitibly get left behind when you uninstall something etc. id highly reccomend that too! i have it and run it once a wk!yhou'll be shocked at how much junk it finds the first time you run it! http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

you should try mink instead....apparently they can be tamed easily. on a seriuos note,i have seen videos on youtube of tame stoats,so i suppose its possible! nipped fingers are a definate possibility though!lol

because one of the files thats fragmented is "ipod for windows 2005". go to your control panel,go to add?remove programs and click on any that you're certain are no use to you. i.e, ipod etc! there will probably be a lot of stuff in there fro the previous owner that is no use at all to you and is only using up hd space! nokia pc suite is also listed as fragmented.if you dont use a nokia phone with your pc,you dont need nokia pc suite so bin it!

ditch,do you use an ipod?or use a cable to connect a nokia phine to your pc?

have you tried a differnt defragger? google it,plenty of free ones to download that do a better job than windows own! might help.

or....go to start>all programs>accessories>system tools>disk clean up. click on it,then click on more options. see system restore at the bottom?well,click on clean up. it'll remove all restore points bar the most recent.(this is for xp)

havent been to p.o. yet but looked on there website and up to 1.5 kilo costs 5.72 to send recorded,first class and am sure they'll be less than 1.5 kilo!lol

jeez...am i getting slated now?for getting sick of people slating other people who sell dogs?? this thread is not judging puppy peddlers or dealers one way or the other,im just sick of the people who start shouting dealer as soon as someone sells more than one dog in there life! as i say,i had a decent 6 month old dog for sale but didnt put it on here for fear of being brandede just that!even though im not.

i dont become involved in the arguements normally but its just annoying that it might(did in my case!) put genuine people off from advertising genuine dogs!

attempt at translation..................what a tw*t.the matchmen do indeed kill pike.makes me mad to see them thrown up the bank. the PAC works vey hard to try and stop this happening. nothing like the look of dispair on there faces when you put a bream(slab)on your hooks and cast it to a waiting pike. pike is THE fish and everything else is just bait.

it seems lately on this site that if someone sells more than one dog,then they are labelled a dog dealing,puppy peddler! now i know there are some of those on here bt not everyone who decides to/has to sell more than one dog is!! for some,its a "have to sell" kind of thing and the last thing they want is an angry mob shouting dog dealer! as an example,i recently put a litter on here for sale,for a mate.then had to part with a 6 month pup of my own because i didnt have time for it ( new,second job and already having another older pup to bring on) and i daren't put it on here for sale!lol.

i think its half crosses that people either love or hate.both my dogs are quarter bull and they're both fast and agile. personally,i won't ever have a half cross again,nothing personal,just not the dogs for me!horse for courses and i dont think the majority of half crosses are genuine all rounders. but i see why some people are in love with them!lol
