  1. No fitted them but need a dry day to get it zeroed in and then check

  3. I know if they rang me to come check it really would not bother me every thing is above board and secure it would give me chance to ask them any questions I had
  4. My bkl mounts came today got scope off and old mounts the bkl fit was perfect for the dove tail 11mm. Anyway got the old mounts off lined them up and this is what I found Don't know the make but will be asking the bloke who used to own the rifle

  6. When he showed me the fixed side of the mount was tucked under the grove of the dove tail but the side that moves when you tighten it up was clamped higher up the groove slightly twisting the alignment hope it works anyway

Well got back from gun shop and the bloke pointed out to me that 1 of the 2 mounts had a anti recoil screw wound down but there was no recess for it pushing the mount out and not sitting flush in the dove tails. So scope off screw wound out put back together and zeroed at his range at 109 yards / 100 meters need to check it tomorrow at diffrent ranges hope it had done job as could do with out the expense

Went to zero 17hmr in after stripping to adjust trigger and found it was cock on at 70yards but dropped back to 100yards and shots were 1/2 Inch right couple of clicks and bang on went back to 70 they and it was 1/2 inch to left so adjusted again went to 50 and left again which left me think it's the mounts that are out of line. Would you guys agree ?

  13. Just took it them out with the 17hmr good solid rest but lost my magazine in process ? So saved on the sticks but got to buy a new mag win some loose some

Now I am able to walk about with out crutches but still not fit for work and bored at home been looking for some new shooting sticks and thought I'll have a bash at making some my self and went all out now have a solid shooting rest was going to make a bipod style then I made it into the ones with a bit that goes under the rear of the stock too. Looks like 2 bipod style sticks stuck together and its a solid shooting rest will get some picks on in a bit

  16. Yes 22-250 perfect fix for a fox problem they turn them in to a bag of mush . Unfortunately for my self land I have is not passed for cf but my mate has one and it did put a grin on my face

  18. Yes the wind can blow them about but once you have learned to shoot you can give it a few Moa left or right and it's fine ??

  20. They will want proof that you have fired a cf rifle not in army but in civi street . I had to get my mate to take me out with him then write me a letter saying I had done it with his number on so they could ring and check with them
