    Went out with my uncle on his permission which has a large private driveway which means we can shoot from my Land Rover filmed it on my phone and then had a play with it on movie editor only short but here is the link

    I use my hmr on rabbits with night vision it is perfect for my permission with it been very open and lots of ground to cover

    I can't do it anyway. my ferret perm got done over by some poachers dug the lot up and can't get any as my other perms are shoot only

    Hi guys I was asked by a friend if I could get any live rabbits for him but my ferreting spot has been poached and dug out all the warrens also is it legal to introduce them to a new habitat so they can bread to be shot I thought I would ask on here

    Well I went to my local range today with the hmr to check my zero with the Hornady rounds gone back to them as the cz don't like Remington. Got set up took aim at the 3inch shoot n see target first few shots went just above adjusted and nice 5 shot group so reloaded went to a 1inch target and another nice 5 shot group reloaded went to next 1 inch target first shot went 1inch low thinking it was a flyer had another go and that fell low too cracked next 3 rounds off and they went low and to left so re adjusted back on hit the 1 inch target with another 5 shots went to 2 inch target as it was up

    Just think if you had a wooden stock splinters would have gone every where eyes face also have you checked the scope to make sure it still works

    Hi guys just got some more ammo 17gr v-max hmr Hornady and it seems to be covered in black dust cleaned up a round with a cloth came back right with bright red tip has anyone else had this and will effect the way it shoots ?

    Yes the moderators asked us not to put up pics of animals blown to bits the entrance wound on that rabbit should be fine but the exit is impressive for a small round

    The night vision makes it possible but I only own a 17 hmr at the moment need to get a 22 lr but as with everything it's money I don't have yet

    Went out other night with Cz 452 hmr as not had it out for a bit got my home made night vision kit . Got to my permission that runs down the side of a massive railway embankment so the rabbits are usually out soon as the night sets in but this time they have been doing some work on the railway and been digging the embankment so nothing was out for first 300yards thinking that my night would be unsuccessful said to myself if I get to the high point of the field and can't see anything call it a night for the permission get to the highest part of the field and there was my first customer about 8

    The zero is bang on at 30 it just seem not be dropping off as quick makes my hunting easy going out tonight will see how well I do

    To be honest it's shooting better now cause it's got a flatter trajectory just seemed odd how a have always got my 3ltr bottle filled by a gunshop then when it gets done at a diving shop the gun suddenly changed the way it shoots
